30-Day Return Policy

At Seducelle, your satisfaction is important, but for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns if the product is:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • Still in its original packaging

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The product(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
